Shipping policy

Fox Gourmet ships within the United States only.

Standard shipping — Most orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Made-to-order items (Nacatamales, Mini Empanadas, Plantain Chips, Tortilla Canapé Baskets, and Linzer Cookie Tins) ship within 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Email info@foxgourmetnyc.sbs and we'll do our best to arrange faster shipping.

Free shipping — Free local delivery in Manhattan on orders over $75. Free standard shipping anywhere in the U.S. on orders over $150.

Mini Empanadas — Empanadas are perishable and available for NYC local delivery only ($8 flat fee). They ship frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. Outside NYC? Email info@foxgourmetnyc.sbs to discuss options.

Chimichurri — Fresh chimichurri ships with a cold pack for orders within the contiguous US. During summer months, email us to arrange faster shipping.

Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on federal holidays.
